The Buffelshoek Pass is situtated on the R337 between Pearston and Cradock.

Located 15km North-East of Pearston, the Buffelshoek pass is 3.9km long, and has an altitude variance of 330m. The pass lies on the R337, and links Pearston in the South with Cradock in the North East.

The pass is rugged and beautiful with incredible scenery over the Karoo plains.

Make sure to check with the locals what the conditions are like, as you may need 4WD vehicles after snow or rains.
